Here at CBA, we believe whole-heartedly in the efficacy of the parent-teacher team as the best mechanism for student success.  Moreover, we believe that part of a school's role in the life of a child and their family is to bring them together with likeminded individuals to create a village.  When we learn together, we grow together.  We have built a program that we hope will help to grow our students beyond their academic and arts-based successes.  We want our students to have all of the benefits of a small, tight-knit, family-based school program.  We absolutely need your help and cooperation as parents and guardians to help make this possible.  

Canterbury Brook Academy of the Arts hosts monthly family activities for you to partake in.  The more often you can join us, the more fun we will have.  It is our deepest desire to make CBA a home away from home for you and your children, a place where you all feel safe, valued, and supported.  Please check out some of our exciting family events for this upcoming, 2023-2024 School Year!

JULY:  Renegades Game hosted by CBA

AUGUST:  Outdoor Movie Night in the school lot

SEPTEMBER: Back to School BBQ

OCTOBER: School-wide Trunk-or-Treat

NOVEMBER: Family Pot Luck and Karaoke Night

DECEMBER: Annual Trip to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular

JANUARY: Family Skate Night

FEBRUARY: Father/Daughter and Mother/Son Dance (grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other beloved adults welcome)

MARCH: Parents' Night Out Paint and Sip (babysitting provided by the Intermediate School students and arts staff)

APRIL: Pizza and Bingo Night

MAY: Family Bowling Night

JUNE: End of the Year Cookout Party
